1. Our press-on nails are handmade customized products, we do not support free return or exchange once shipped.

2. If items arrive broken or damaged, please provide photos within 48 hours after receiving package for support.

3. Deposit payment is used for style reservation, deposit will not be refunded if buyers cancel orders voluntarily.
